Urethane Casting
ETCO manufactures its own one-shot polyurethane elastomer from which we cast many of our plugs and couplings. This product captures fine detail with substantial undercuts possible. Part sizes range from a fraction of an ounce to twenty pounds or more, while hardness can be varied between 50A and 70A Shore durometer.
Injection Molding
Beginning as a way to manufacture components for our own products, ETCO’s injection molding capabilities have grown rapidly. Our current facility houses 9 modling machines in a variety of sizes, perfect for short to medium runs. Whether you have an existing mold or just an idea, we can help you create th parts you need.

Laser Engraving
Laser engraving is the most recent addition to ETCO’s suite of manufacturing technology. Using a 25W ULS C02 laser engraver, we are able to mark and cut a wide variety of materials including wood, acrylic, rubber, vinyl, and leather.
